Safe is a file encryption program with these features:

Friendly user interface (like Windows Commander two panels - unencrypted files are in left panel, in right panel is the same directory but with encrypted files).
Strong cypher algorithms CAST 128, Twofish 128, Rijndael 128 (AES), RIPEMD 160.
Secure deletion DoD standard compliant.
Data compression support.
